Fabulous stay! Enjoyed the couples kick back package. Room: 4.5 Well appointed very clean & fresh Stayed in executive suite on the 3rd floor. Restaurants: 4.5 Great variety and quality Spa & Pool: 4.3 Spa service was excellent, pool & hot tub was clean and comfortable Guest services: 5 From check-in to turn down service all staff here we very welcoming & friendly. One of the best properties we’ve stayed in the Niagara region! Will definitely return!

Our group of four ladies had an absolutely wonderful experience at the hotel spa and restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, relaxed, and truly taken care of. A special shout out to our reservation agent Lynn, who was very informative and patient with us while booking. The spa was exceptional — beautifully designed, calm, and impeccably clean. Each treatment was delivered with care and professionalism, leaving us feeling refreshed, pampered, and completely relaxed. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and every detail felt thoughtfully planned. The restaurant was the perfect complement to our spa day. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Service was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and seamless from start to finish. It made our meal feel special and unhurried, exactly what we were hoping for. Overall, it was an excellent experience and the perfect setting for a ladies’ getaway. We left feeling rejuvenated, happy, and already talking about when we’ll be back. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of hosting my engagement party at White Oaks and I couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was perfect – sophisticated and inviting, which set the ideal tone for our event. The service was exceptional; the staff were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The event coordination team was a joy to work with, providing prompt and helpful support throughout the planning process. Maria (the event planner) was very patient with us as we had reschedule our event due to family funeral. The service was amazing and on time for everything . This place is a “Must Try” if you ever around Niagara. The food was made of love. Costumer service and hospitality was way more than our expectations. From check in to check out our stay was incredible. Starting our day off at the spa with the such a blissful environment. The pool and sauna topped off the day for full relaxation. Our 5 star caliber dinner at LIV was beyond delicious! Retiring the evening in our room for a movie and snacks was the icing on the cake!

What an incredible stay! Booked a basic room for Valentines Day with the hubby and we were so happy with everything. I wasn't expecting much since we just stayed the night and were a bit last minute with the booking, but we were surprised by how spacious and clean the room was. While the bathroom was a bit outdated, it was spotless! It's rare I feel comfortable walking barefoot in a hotel room but felt very comfortable to do so here. Dasai made sure that we were accommodated and went out of his way to make sure the evening was perfect. They even gifted us with a bottle of wine due to the special occasion. We also loved Albert who brought our bags to the room and who was super welcoming to us the entire stay. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will come stay again in one of the other suites.

Incredible experience!! Highly recommend! My wife and I wanted a small getaway from busy work life and our 2 small children so we booked the Winter Nights package for 2 nights at White Oaks. We upgraded the room to a suite so we could have a jacuzzi tub and larger space. I was very please with the service, even going back as far as booking the room and our dinner and spa reservations. The staff were very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. The room was AMAZING! Large space with a huge TV, which was perfect because we were there Super Bowl weekend. The bathroom was even better than expected with a beautiful jacuzzi tub and very large shower. The entire space was very clean and everything was in great working order. The housekeeping did a great job and the turn-down service was a nice touch. We requested our housekeeping be done during our massage at the spa and they accommodated! Overall great experience and would highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about White Oaks Resort and the extraordinary people who work there. Less than 24 hours before checking in, my family experienced a sudden and serious emergency. I arrived at the front desk completely distraught and honestly hysterical. The moment the staff learned what had happened, they didn’t hesitate for a second — they simply sprang into action. Within 15 minutes, they had everything handled. They expedited our checkout, helped us gather our belongings, and got us on the road as quickly as humanly possible. There was no red tape, no stress added, no hesitation — just pure compassion and professionalism when we needed it most. What truly left me speechless was their generosity. Despite their cancellation policy, they canceled an entire full day of spa treatments at no cost to us. Even more incredibly, although we had booked through Expedia (not directly with the hotel), they still issued us a gift certificate for a complimentary night on them. That level of kindness is rare. In one of the most overwhelming moments of my life, the team at White Oaks took control, showed genuine care, and treated us like family. I will never forget the empathy, urgency, and grace they showed when I was falling apart. White Oaks is not just a beautiful resort — it is run by truly exceptional human beings. I will forever be grateful, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel, and we are still talking about how impressed we were. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt elevated. The property itself is nicely maintained and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel both relaxed and special. The attended both restaurants, the Play Bar + Grill as well as the LIV restaurant and both were very good but the LIV was outstanding. The meal felt like a true dining experience rather than just “hotel food.” The menus were creative, the ingredients fresh, the presentation impeccable and the staff were amazing. What I feel truly set this hotel apart, however, was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and consistently professional. Every interaction — from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant teams — felt sincere and personal. It was clear that hospitality here is not just a job, but a culture. We felt genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay. It’s rare to find a place that excels equally in accommodations, dining, and service — but this hotel does exactly that. We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already looking forward to our return. Highly recommended.
